Not in the same way, no.

Oh this is coming from the person who said that the young woman paralyzed in the gangster shooting deserved her fate. You and GF seemed to agree quite amicably on that issue. (Do I need to drag up the quotes for you mammamoon, or do you just know what you wrote?)

I too thought honour killing, then I thought "jealous boyfriend" and then I thought of a rival model, or for a role, and then I thought of all the unsolved killings in Vancouver that goes across the socio-economic, generational, multi-cultural board. Omigod, here we go again.
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

I am racist
I am bigoted
I am sexist
I am disgusted by the atrocities commited in the name of religion. Religion should be abolished.

It seems That I may have a few questionable traits.

All I saw in the news was that a beautiful young lady with a great life ahead of her has been killed.

R.I.P. and best wishes to the family

Just one Bigots opinion.

It's the Thought Police, Fancy. They DO exist. It's quite laughable.

And why not? or is it that most of the killings done on that highway are Native women?

That would be racism. In this case there is a possibility of a suspect and time is always of the essence in the initial investigation.

Well they got a serial killer on that highway, and i have not heard of a task force looking to deeply into it. Very sad that they will put 50 cops on one case and maybe 1 or 2 on a serial killers case.

I understand there are more than one or two dedicated to the Highway of Tears investigation (last report I read there were 9). Check out the webpage for more information.

Not at all since they are committed to finding the suspect and that means interviewing witnesses, reviewing tapes etc. The more officers, the quicker the evidence is reviewed, the faster a suspect may be caught.

Are you saying when a murder or missing person happens on the highway and there is evidence to review there aren't the officers assigned to those cases?

I don't think you can compare the Highway of Tears with this case.

However, this case plus other "mysterious deaths" of other women of the same "racial/religious distinction" could be compared as for possible cause. And that is not being racist - it is being realistic about some people and some cultures/religions in Canada. You can't just sweep these things under the rug and pretend they don't happen. They do.

http://www.highwayoftears.ca/

There are quite a few missing along or connected to Hwy 16 who are NOT Native people.
