Seriously - how dumb do you have to be these days! I think it hould be a flat out rule that if you haven't signed the ticket it's no part yours. When we buy tickets at work, one person goes and gets it and everyone initials it. Period. Doesn't belong in the courts.

Yes I realize 6 million is a lot of money to "give" away... but this person is your business parter and your friend (I assume). How is your life ruined in any way by giving up some of the money to honor your relationship and probably your verbal agreement?
