Which is irrelevant to smoking on a patio beside a non-smoker (which some find more than annoyiing).
Truths can be backed up by facts - do you have any?

Find me a test or study that validates your thoughts that outside ETS is a health issue. I'm sure you don't like the smell of it......but then I may not like your cologne either.....

Until (or if) I find something, I'll concede. But I don't begrudge no smoking in some public places.

I don't care what drugs you use just don't subject other people to your poison.

Gotta love the signs on the drive thru windows......no smoking within 10 ft. Apparently car exhaust is ok though. I say we ban cars in drive thru's.

Yes, very interesting Ken7. This little gem caught my eye:
Be warned though, that a society that attempts to remove all risk terminates individual liberty and will ultimately perish.
The default strategy for many when defending the "right to smoke" is to point out all the other health risks we face today, as if that somehow makes smoking more acceptable. We have to fight the fights we can win.

If you smoke tobacco you will now have to follow the rules of a cannabis smoker.Your right to smoke will be tolerated as long as no one can see or smell you.Get use to hiding in your basement or garage and hiding behind big trees when outdoors.
Did you know you are drinking in public if they can read the kokanee label on your front porch from the sidewalk?

Not defending smoking, I find it funny the people who benefit the most as they tax the hell out of them, now want to stop you from smoking.
If you wish to smoke go to it, I used to smoke 1.5 packs a day and enjoyed it. Quit because I felt it was time.
I still enjoy the whiff of smoke when one is lit, be it on the sidewalk or in a building. We as Canadians are being ruled to death along with taxed to death.
Some none smokers are almost sickening when it comes to this topic. Almost like a Christian who sees it important to tell you they are...
