But the Deputy Premier and Minister of all things ministerial thinks Christy is wunnerful and is dismissing the AR poll findings:

Deputy Premier says people need to give Christy Clark a chance
VANCOUVER/CKNW(AM980)
Shane Woodford | Email news tips to [email protected]
2/6/2013

The Deputy Premier is dismissing an Angus Reid poll which seems to show the public is none too fond of Christy Clark.

Rich Coleman was asked if he was surprised respondants to the poll found the premier to be "out of touch" "arrogant" "secretive" and "inefficient."

"Yeah because she is not any of those. If I wanted to describe her she is one of the best people I have ever worked with in my life with regards to leadership and that is in the corporate and the political sector she is decisive, she is bright, she makes good decisions, she is well read with regards to...and she is terrific with the public, and she is anything but arrogant."

Coleman says people just aren't giving Clark a chance but he says if they do she will win them over.

He is also, for the second time in a week, predicting the BC Liberals will win the spring election.

Well Mr. Coleman, you MAY be right in your prediction but it looks like your nag is far back and flagging:

New Poll out from Justason - NDP lead is still very big
Barb Justason of Justason Market Intelligence released a new BC political poll today and it is not good for the Liberals.

Party support change from Oct
BC NDP 48% 0
BC Liberals 26% -2
BC Cons 12% +3
Greens 11% -2
Others 3% +2

Sample of 600 that is a hybrid telephone/online poll. They were in the field from January 25th to February 1st. I do not know how many undecided there were.

She has had almost 2 years and has shown she does not deserve anymore time trying to be Premier.

Well DIX in my opinion would not be my choice. At least Clark has not been caught with her hand in the jar.

Dix has proven what character he is and is lacking integrity. I just can't trust him!

Just a reminder of a few of Christy Clark and her Liberal's , deceit, lies and mismanagement over the last 12 years

1/ The most open, accountable and democratic government in Canada.Yet are in court spending thousands upon thousands loosing court cases ,like over ripping up contracts and hiding info from the Auditor general on the BC rail sale.
http://www.scribd.com/doc/48388741/BC-L ... m-complete

2/ promises of tax cuts with one side of their mouths, then take it back with things like MSP premiums and carbon tax, hurting the middle class the most.
http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/dermodtrav ... c-politics

3/ Liberals reverse the changes to MLA pensions that had been made by the NDP,once again giving MLA's gold plated pensions.
http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-c ... ons.html4/ Liberals vote themselves and deputy ministers big raises while insisting everyone else settles for 0%

http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-c ... aises.html

5/ Medical care when and were you need it,was the election promise.Cutting and slashing many medical services, mostly hurting people such as special needs and seniors.
http://www.scribd.com/doc/48388741/BC-L ... m-complete

6/ Stop the endless bureaucratic restructuring that has drained resources from children and family services, was the promises.Gave CLBC managers big bonuses for kicking the most vulnerable to the curb, then tell us they cancelled the bonuses to later we find out they got it anyway under wages.
http://blogs.timescolonist.com/2012/06/ ... sty-clark/

7/ Vancouver convention centre, we where told would cost 495 million ballooned to 883,2 million. Campbell picked B.C. Liberal insiders to be project leaders. The board was chaired by his deputy minister, and included a former Liberal party president. According to the Auditor General, "from the beginning the board lacked a member with the appropriate expertise for a project of this specialized nature."
http://thetyee.ca/Blogs/TheHook/Olympic ... expansion/

8/ Not sell or privatize BC Rail.We all know how that went.
Kinsella is alleged to have been involved in entering the $505 million dollar BC Rail tax indemnity (refund) on the books at 255 million. The sale of BC Rail included a $505 million BC Rail tax indemnity on top of $750 million cash and $250 million in direct tax credits. Under the terms of the indemnity, If CN is not refunded the amount of the indemnity from the Federal Government, the Province will return this amount. This reduces the sale price of BC Rail from $1.05 billion to around $500 million. The BC Rail tax indemnity was taken off the Public Accounts in January 2005, before the May 2005 election, when it was reclassified a contingent liability. The BC Rail sale Annual Report was defective and did not cite the indemnity, and recorded these tax credits at zero bookvalue.[29]

16/ looses 35 million to name BC place .
http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/bri ... cle552288/

Very impressive Maple Leaf. Looks like I've got some reading to do. I did not approve of her to begin with and a few other unethical tactics by the Liberals. Now this kind of stuff just places the 10 ton weight that broke the camels back... forget about the straw. Her lack of experience is apparent. She might make a good premiere one day- just not today. She needs to spend more time with her kid anyway.

Maple's selected "reading list" comes from websites paid for by unions and the NDP. You may want to keep an open mind when reading that drivel, and opt for a more balanced reporting of issues.

No wonder the NDP can't afford to fund ad's like the Liberal', when they spend all their money paying all those media outlets to make up articles to fool everyone.Quite the bill they must have. :coffeecanuck:

Christy's "Close Personal Friend and Liberal Candidate" up on 6 charges of tax evasion:
BC Liberal candidate facing six charges for not filing corporate tax returns
VANCOUVER/CKNW (AM980)
Shane Woodford | Email news tips to [email protected]
2/7/2013

The BC Liberal candidate for Surrey Panorama is in court facing charges under the income tax act.

Sukh Dhaliwal is facing six charges after a company he is president of failed to file income tax returns from 2004 to 2010.
Dhaliwal says he is working to resolve the situation.

He was asked if paying his taxes might be a better solution than a court battle.

"I mean I ..uh...I am working with my accountants and lawyers and they are the ones you know who are suggesting and I will follow the process."

Dhaliwal says the matter is before the courts but he is taking full responsibility.

As for what the BC Liberals think about it.

"The only time that I heard about these charges was after I became the candidate so the party knows about it know and I told them the same thing that my active companies Dhaliwal and associates land surveying and my personal taxes they are up to date."

Dhaliwal says he made a mistake in trusting other people to run the company where he and his wife are listed as the sole directors.

Why doesn't Christy show some LEADERSHIP and kick this guy out of the party?
