Its too bad Canadians will be traveling south to spend money on something they could buy here.

Anyone caught carrying legally-purchased marijuana from Washington into B.C. could face criminal charges. The CBSA said it also has the authority to seize vehicles used to transport pot over the border.

Today is the first day Washington has legalized pot. There was a poll to see if anyone was travelling there to celebrate. Thats all.

Oh yes and since two states have legalized it the price of illegal pot in Canada has apparently fallen.

I have friends that are in the medical marijuana growing industry and they've all said that prices for a pound are way down to record lows. So low that's it getting to the point of closing up shop.
