Fact remains there will still be convictions regarding pot and how many people will be crossing the border to obtain same? I'm looking forward to the first person who will be so excited about it they will admit it when questioned.

How have I taken words out of context?
Convictions that are a huge waste of money and police resources.

I'll agree with you on bringing stuff across the border is a huge mistake, but unlike you I won't be excited about it. There's something very wrong if you get excited about someone else's misfortune.

(my saying "I'm confused" without relating that to the rest of my post - more than one thread has posters talking the exact same thing and you couldn't clarify that at all)

Amazing you didn't even read that right. I didn't say I was excited and I'll guess you didn't see the news last night.

Donald G wrote:According to flamingfingers there is no such thing as impaired-marijuana. Everyone who has been convicted of it is encouraged to contact him for details. Those who lost friends and relatives as a result of an impaired-marijuana driver as well. Apparently the injury or fatal accident never happened.

To be fair - page 15 on the Trudeau poll thread seems to indicate otherwise.

That's why I suggested reading through the 116 pages of the one thread. Subject's have gone full circle so many times it will make you dizzy, and im positive the dead horse has been beaten into a pulp.

Again, you didn't address what was posted. Might take a look at the recent news item:

Why drive to washington to buy legal pot when you have to use it there? You can't bring it back.
You can get it here a lot easier. Cheaper and no lineups

That's a no brainer. Watch the t.v. show border security and you'll realize how stupid some people are.

Don't need to watch the show but maybe now you understand that's what I was talking about. Why you think those that get caught are suffering misfortune is beyond me when it's totally in their hands. Canadians are the ones excited as noted in the link I just posted.

You posted this - not me. Take the time to read the links - here's an excerpt:
Mr. Nelson said he has gotten a number of calls from excited Canadians – mostly from Vancouver – who are planning to cross the border to see “history being made.” The owners of Top Shelf Cannabis in Bellingham and Cannabis City in Seattle also said they’re expecting Canadian customers.

About the same as you asking " What's more dangerous alcohol or marijuana". If you read the link you'd see there was a warning to Canadians.
