Coroner says its a homicide but that neutral term and doesn't place blame. So one guy dead and four cops present. Whodonit ?

A homicide with four RCMP present And no suspects

Between the RCMP and Crown counsel the system is well protected.

And I'm sure Monty the killer Mountie sleeps well at night to.

It's not up to the coroner to lay blame.

Death caused by heart attack.and subject had no knowing heart problems.
repeated tazering and at knee across your throat blocking his airway May have had something to do with it.

But God help us let's not blame or prosecute the incompetent fools who did it.

Someone breaks into your home or attacks you on the street and you are allowed to protect yourself with reasonable force. Whether you get charge with excessive force or not is at the discretion of the cop that shows up. Yet 4 of them can jump on one guy, taser the hell out of him and he ends up dead. Excessive force?

If the average citizen did that, where would we be 6 years later?

If four cops can't restrain one person without killing him they have no business being cops. Plain and simple

Personally, the scum bucket Robinson(killer) should be locked up for life before he kills again!
Great system in place, all the evidence to convict(even a video) and no one is too blame! WOW!

homicide can be committed by police officers through excessive force or incompetence without repercussions or criminal charges. this little loophole been used many times

That's why during the inquiry the four officers continued to perjure themselves while under oath even though it was obvious that they were lying because of the video. their RCMP paid lawyers told them to lie so the system would protect them

but Rundell is the guy who put the knee on Dziekanski's neck
and the cover-up was organized by the big wigs at the top so it's hard to say
who is to blame. The four cops were doing what they were told to do.
Someone who worked at the airport was a real bast_ard who kept Dziekanski
for nine hours and lied to his mother, telling her he's not in the airport,
then calling police.

It's like Bertuzzi doing waht he was told to do by the coach, who was told to do it by the manager.

Two things happened that in Canada, we consider to be illegal:

#1 - The cops killed the guy

#2 - They all lied. Including the big wigs at the top.

I think Canadians can forgive Robinson and Millington for going berzerk and tasering
the Polish guy five times, but no Canadian can forgive the disgusting way it was handled
and covered up by the 'higher ups.' in the RCMP.

Because it means there's something wrong ..... with the whole system.

Why is everyone just blaming the cops on this avoidable death??? This poor man spent over 9 hrs in a secured area of the Vancouver International Airport, an Airport that has as many security camera's watching people as a Las Vegas Casino, and did nothing to help this man out. My Opinion Blame: Cops 30% Airport 70%.... Just in case theres a Lawsuit!!!!

I agree the airport personnel should have helped him out however his death was the result of the actions of four trained cops. I can even see where one cop might have gotten a little carried away, but four. Kinda like the dog pack mentality don't you think ? Tell me why not even one of these cops stood back an said Hey Hold it this is getting out of hand.
