What NAB is doing is using soft criticism. Criticism that, in itself, is calculated to be of the type that usually avoids rebuttal but leaves the reader with the sense that a wrong has been committed.
The fact that 70% of the jobs created by the private sector is ignored in an effort to suggest "friendship contracts". Good for you for pointing out to NAB that people are aware of what is going on.
