Merritt- PipeLine Oil Spill

Just heard another pipe line busted, similiar to the one a couple weeks back by Merritt. 25 barrells of oil this time. Any other word?

Any idea how old these lines are?? Maybe it's time for them to be pulled up and relaid.

Or were they upping the pressure/temp in an old pipeline to pump dilbit?

Sort of like a logging chain. Only as strong as the weakest link in each individually pressurized section. The only thing scarier is a life without having gas and oil available ... that would be a true instant horror show.
