Officer fails to quash perjury charge

A B.C. Supreme court justice has denied Const. Kwesi Millington's application to dismiss a perjury charge alleging he lied about the death of Robert Dziekanski to the Braidwood Inquiry.

The Braidwood Inquiry was convened to investigate how Dziekanski died after being stunned several times by RCMP Tasers in the arrivals lounge of Vancouver International Airport in 2007.

The charge against Milington is only one count, but carries 10 separate allegations.

we all know without doubt all 4 cops lied and covered up their misdeeds regarding the polish mans demise at the Vancouver airport and really makes our good guys cops look bad
The one thing I have never understood is WHY the CBS guys also did not have their feet held to the fire??
their lack of action was despicable at best

Possibly Truth but it was this group of idiots that murdered Mr. Djiekanski. Not the CBS or the airport although there is some guilt to be shared for their lack of intervention and assistance which would have likely negated this happening at all had any of them simply tried to communicate with him.

They were caught literally with a smoking (tazer) gun in their hands and in my opinion have zero defense for their actions.

Why they are all not in jail is stunning.
