She is too brainless to have or even handle pets. I pray she doesn't have or ever will have children. She probably should never have a job with any responsibility.

Without a full investigation carried out, and charges laid, and a conviction by a judge, there is absolutely nothing to stop her from continuing to handle pets, work with children. A judge would have to sentence her to not owning or working with animals for a period of time to shut her down legally. All she has to do is change her name, and or move to another province. Also without a conviction there is not much to deter anyone else who might think the scam she carried on, and her disregard for the welfare of these animals, might be an easy way to make a quick buck. I know most all dog walkers are wonderful honest people, but when you get a monster like this, you have to shut her down, with legal action.
