off the road means just that off the road, once the copper decides to use violence for no good reason , then that person isn't a cop anymore , there animals . sounds to me like booze should be not sold anymore, that would fixem

Const. Brian Heideman was suspended for a separate and so far undisclosed matter in which he breached the RCMP code of conduct.

Heideman faced a formal disciplinary hearing this past summer on the matter and the hearing board found he did conduct himself in a disgraceful manner, says Terrace RCMP Inspector Dana Hart.

He was given a reprimand and had to forfeit eight days of pay, said Hart. “I can further say, as the matter for which he was suspended with pay for was resolved through the adjudication board, his transfer was approved to Vernon,” said Hart.

Terrace RCMP inspector Dana Hart was shocked and dismayed at having to order an investigation into a steroid ring involving four former Terrace officers, but said the fact that fellow employees came to him with concerns about their behaviour should reassure the public.

The incidents happened more than two years ago, and now that the disciplinary reports about them have been concluded and released, Hart is free to talk about them.

“I can’t express enough how extremely disappointed I was with their behaviour. The public holds police to a higher standard and rightfully so,” he said July 11, referring to RCMP Cpl. Jason De Coene, Const. Devon Gerrits, Const. Brian Heideman and an unnamed officer, who has since resigned from the force and so has only been referred to as Const. C.

That is why I took the poster to task.

If in fact the allegations were fabricated and with no substance, why would someone so stupid bring it up? It is sad, police are tried and found guilty before having their day in court, unlike all other Canadians who have to be proven in a court of law to be found guilty.

It is sad there are so many who troll on this blog. It always makes me wonder what did they do to get on the wrong side of the law? People who respect the law and others seem not to have a problem with Police I wonder why that is.

They attempt to apprehend a traffic violator and then stop chasing as directed by a DISPATCHER. What would Lakevixen think the appropriate charges should be there in this case.
