Children are the definition of innocence/purity, for the most part, and it lessens all that is good when they cross paths with what is bad in this world :(

So many people would have opened their doors and hearts to this child given the opportunity. Can only wish anyone feeling rock bottom reaches out so someone can help them.

Settle down.... there is nothing released that indicates anything other than a child is deceased.
A grief ridden father posting on social media blaming the system is not unusual. But the system may have acted as they did in the best interest of the child and may not be at fault as well.
The tragedy itself may not have had anything whatsoever to do with the breakup of the family so blaming even in the remotest way at this stage is just rumour mongering....

You forgot the part where her mother is arrested on second-degree murder charges.

Update -- Dec 11

The 41-year-old mother of a child found dead in a car yesterday has been charged with murder.

Lisa Batstone was officially charged with second-degree murder today and will make an appearance in Surrey Court.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has worked throughout the evening to process the scene where a deceased child was found in the trunk of a vehicle on 35a Avenue in Surrey.

The victim has been identified as eight-year-old Teagan Batstone, the only child of Lisa Batstone.

A cause of death has not been confirmed, but an autopsy is scheduled for today.

Something as wrong as wrong can be when a mother becomes capable of harming her child.

According to her religious connection she was a very troubled lady since her divorce 6 years prior.
She had been undergoing medical intravention but had displayed extreme behaviour leading up to the event.
With all the problems these days that lead back to mental anguish it is high time we re-evaluate the treatment of persons displaying out of control thought patterns.
Especially at this time of year when depressed and those suffering with loss are particularly vulnerable to act out.
Family, friends and those close to the situation such as ministers and doctors are not doing anyone a favour by not making sure a person, such as this lady apparently was, alone with themselves or especially with a vulnerable child.
No child should have to loose their life over an adults inability to get over a relationship or a marriage!

from what the reports are the father knew the mother was a instable nutball and he could not get any of our left wing nut ball
judges or human resources for childrens welfare people to listen to him
This is the result.
Dont blame the system! Blame the judges.lawyers and government people in charge of kids welfare
They failed
