A google search would probably be a good start.

McBarge owner Howard Meakin doesn't want to give tours to the floating hulk of the former McDonald's restaurant anchored in Burrard Inlet off the shores of Burnaby.Mar 5, 2014
Took 1 second on Google

You wouldn't really want a tour of it, anyways. It's incredibly dilapidated now:
Even though it kinda looks like it's sunk - it's not. I'm actually rather amazed that it's still floating.
I'd like to change your mind, but I don't have a fresh diaper.

I don't give a damn whether people/posters like me or dislike me, I'm not on earth to win any popularity contests.

I don't think so. IMBD (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0115285/locations) states the filming locations as Okland and SFO. The McBarge has always been in the Burrard Inlet. The original location, of course, being False Creek - and the current location being just off the shore from the Chevron refinery in Port Moody.

Too bad. One would think this thing could be repurposed as a restaurant on the water somewhere on the BC Coast. Maybe even at a fishing lodge as per the Langara model. Their restaurant is a converted ferry. Must be more to the story.
Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

We have a winner...
In the late 1990s she was used as a main filming location for the TV-show Nash Bridges.
