Thats a problem for Notley now that Christy Clark agrees with Dix,that Kinder Morgan is a bad idea.

Christy Clark agrees with Justin. She will do whatever her party's federal leader says now, since it worked so well for him to schmooze his way into the big chair. CC is a federal Liberal.

CC doesn't care what Notley wants or says - well, she does care that Notley keeps scaring voters away from the NDP, I guess.

And CC doesn't care if Alberta's destructive government collapses their economy. Remember Christy's "come back and work in BC" plea? How well is Notley's stupidity fixing that skilled trades shortage in BC? Perfectly.

^^Then how come we have so few full-time jobs for people between 24 and 60? And so many 'as required, when needed, part-time, nonbenefit linked' jobs for this important demograph?

Well, if RBC is right BC will create more jobs than any other province this year but what do you think of the Alberta NDP supporting the Kinder Morgan pipeline?

Methane leak in California a 'major catastrophe'
Leak 'largest ever recorded' could take 4 months to stop
By Kim Brunhuber, CBC News Posted: Dec 31, 2015 8:11 AM ET Last Updated: Dec 31, 2015 10:13 AM ET

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti accompanied by SoCal Gas officials, visits the Aliso Canyon facility in the Porter Ranch neighbourhood of Los Angeles on Dec. 2, 2015. The invisible cloud of methane leaking from the facility stretches for kilometres.

About 42 kilometres from Los Angeles, above the houses nestled in the mountains of Porter Ranch, Calif., a plume of methane is shooting into the sky. The cloud is invisible but it stretches for kilometres, as though a forest fire has been continually burning for months. All of this is emanating from a tiny pipe about 20 centimetres wide, more than a kilometre underground.

"The amount of methane and natural gas that's coming out of the Aliso Canyon Facility really is probably one of the largest volumes of gas ever recorded from a single leak," says Tim O'Connor, an oil and gas specialist with the non-profit Environmental Defense Fund (EDF)

Methane is a PART of natural gas..

A fart is also natural gas. PART of which is Methane? I am having trouble with the point you are trying to make. Is it that methane is ten times worse for the climate if not combusted or are you suggesting we keep a bic lighter handy for our own moments of flatulance to aide in preventing climate change?
It might not be a bad idea given that with a world population of a little more than 7 billion people, and at an average of 1/2 liter per person per day, we are cranking out some 3 1/2 billion liters of greenhouse gas farts per day. Shocking eh? I have now come to the conclusion (maybe) that climate change might actually be human caused.

Elizabeth May speaking as an intervener at the NEB hearings. She really defines what a sham the NEB process has become under the Harper government. We will see if this board still under the Harper process ,after hearing all the interveners will give approval to this project or not.But hopefully this new Liberal government will follow through with campaign promises down the road and make the NEB relevant and a fairer .

For those who are interested in and finding out why there is so much opposition to this project ,you can listen live to the interveners taking part in the NEB hearings ,that are called public ,but you had to apply 2 years ago and be accepted in order to be able to be in the room. There is more security at this public meeting than there is at the Supreme Court of Canada. But it is being streamed live here:

Who could have imagined that Christy was a leftist, granola eating, anti-pipeliner? And a Liberal, not just in name only, but from the left end of the spectrum. Is there time for a true Conservative or Reform party to rise provincially before the next election?
