That lady with many tickets because of the cell phone finally banned. now is that forever or for a few years. Iinteresting that you still havnt heard her side of the story.

I would be willing to bet she has nothing to say, but it would be interesting to hear. There actually should be a list published monthly of any drivers with serious or multiple offences on their records. A little public shaming would be good for them.
Consider how hard it is to change yourself and you'll understand what little chance you have of changing others.
