seems bizarre that worksafe would offer a third option for employers to sidestep a law ment to protect workers

I rarely if ever agree with you, but I'm with you on this one. I thin k what it is is lobbying from business people that persuade the government to change parts of it, to satisfy them, all the while taking away from the original intent of the law.

Why didn't the father speak up when the changes were originally made instead of waiting four years and a day after the changes took effect?
