Something I have a hard time with though, is understanding why anyone would choose to be in business without the goal of being the best they can be. On the other side: Why would an employee embark on his or her job without seeking to do that job well?
There can't be that much of a disconnect can there?
(often) success is defined by profits, not skillset or abilities.
