I was looking forward to some enlightenment on how voting for the PST was a good idea in light of empathy toward businesses being killed by the PST.

The Ministry of Finance justifies their actions with legislation that bullies and intimidates the individual and business taxpayer, and protects only the interests of the government, which is then upheld by the judges and the Courts. A broken and corrupt system, at best.

To date, the Ministry’s incompetence continues to result in great financial losses to our honest, compliant small business. The lack of duty of care, air of entitlement and unreasonable, punitive measures that our business continues to endure at the hands of the Ministry of Finance is startling and seems unbelievable to an onlooker but it is real and damaging

However, it quickly deteriorated into another PST/HST/NDP slagging issue....
