I think it will be six figure a year jobs for everyone.
They just won't say it includes both sides of the decimal, plus the dot it's self to get the six figures.

How many of the promises we are seeing on a daily basis are actually accounted for in the "balanced budget" ?
Is a promise to change something "after the election" going to fool many people ?

You've gotta love some of the things posted in the comments section, such as this little nugget that nails the situation head on...
The Dysfunctional BC NDP/Union Party.

The BC NDP/Union Party is a coalition of rank and file unionist and naive socialist. These two groups were handcuffed together in a dysfunctional marriage by Tommy Douglas when he realized his socialist CCF were going nowhere on the federal landscape.

The BC NDP/Union party is lead by nice guy John what's his name, who didn't want to be leader but took the position because no one else would take it.

The naive socialist faction of the party waves the Leap Manifesto and demands Site C not to be built. The union segment of the party, tells nice guy John that Site C must be built because there are hundreds of high-paying union jobs at stake.

So being a nice guy, John says Site C may or may not be built because he doesn't like the BC Liberals.

This is another example of why the BC NDP/Union Party is no longer relevant.

Billions of dollars in LNG revenue? - not likely Prosperity fund? no again. No sales tax? nix this one too. Increased taxes disguised as "fees" and "premiums" - ICBC, BC Hydro. Skimming profits from Crown Corporations as the only way to balance a budget? Kickbacks for selling your availability to corporations that are willing to pay $ for a diner? Lobbying the Federal Government for problems that she has at least some control over - and telling a blatant lie - "marijuana laced with fentanyl" to get noticed?

Do you really want another four years of this?

i much prefer this nugget

You're aware that the BC liberals are actually more equivalent to the Conservative party of Canada when it comes to political ideology right?

Ya that speaks volumes doesn't it . It sure doesn't say much good for the federal cons . I'm not gonna bash these bc libs too bad Cuz they gotta get elected. I understand it's a bit of branding . But u r right for our so called conservative party they are for the most part just liberals wearing blue ties. Sickening

Liberals announce over 1 Billion (with a B) in new spending projects in a 30 day period , just before an election.

As it should. They promised hospital improvements last election, and guess what.......... delivered.

Road improvements all over the place ......... delivered.

Bridges ...................... delivered.

With your choice of poison though it's promise promise promise, then study study study, and oops we're out of time. We know we won't get in again so let the other guys deal with it.

That's the NDP strategy. Something to be sooooooooo proud of.

What reason do we have to believe the NDP are going to be any different? The very nature of left wing politics is to push the social programs, how are they going to pay for those if they don't support private sector growth?
