What's a "Bungalow"?

Post by Glacier »

I'm filling out an application, and it asks if I live in a bungalow, but I have no idea what that is. Sounds fancy.

EDIT: Nevermind. I found the answer. It's a synonym for a "rancher."

 I'm much more interested to know what you're applying for.
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

Bungalows are my favourite. Perhaps an arts and crafts. Mission or prairie style. Complete with built ins quarter sawn oak, maybe some stained glass in a Frank Lloyd Wright style? How about a Greene and Greene. Rafter tails, tapered stone work framing a front porch. Low slung gables with flared shingle work. I love bungalows

So to know what a bungalow is one must be old. Yes, the good ol' times.

Nice! Looks like you scored it from a cool fleamarket table. I used to carry stuff like that.

If it has a basement, is it still a Bungalow?
