Chilliwack animal cruelty
Ok what?!?
Forcing chickens into violent sexual acts?! what does that mean?
Animal cruelty charges pending, which is good, I grew up there and nothing new for this sorta $h!?... But violent sexual acts?
Something new...And I shouldn't be surprised. Hicks in that town I tell ya, surprised they don't raise sheep.

Would so rather be over educated that a knuckle dragging Neanderthal bereft of critical thought and imagination. Although in the case of Neanderthals, that's quite the insult.

This and the dairy farm couple years ago, tell me there is growing aggressiveness of teens & twenty somethings.
Maybe they should join a martial arts class or seek help with a professional.
Added: taking ones anger out on a defenseless animal is not a healthy way to deal with it.

I am always amused at some folks when they imperially state that they only eat chicken as they cannot abide by how
the beef and pork Industry operates. Well folks, let me tell ya the Poultry Industry trumps what happens on the beef and
pork side. It's for that reason that I NEVER buy or consume mass produced chicken, turkeys or ducks.
Most folks wouldn't touch the stuff if they knew how it was produced, raised or processed...at some points it's just wrong
and at others it's down right gross.

I know...I don't get it.
I'm not a huge chicken fan...for varying reasons but really?
Even chickens, as insignificant as some might think, deserve to be treated with dignity, for crying in the sink.
It's okay to treat a living being like that?
Hummm..sumpin ain't right with that thinking.

Take that segment and make them look after chickens like they were royalty with lots of cameras recording 24/7. They are smarter than what some people think. I like them, wish I had some, and I still like to eat them. Kinda caught there - if I had them it would be for the eggs and I'd nurture them and go to Superstore for the cellophane wrapped ones.

I buy my chicken from someone I know raised chickens and slaughters them ethically. That is what makes the difference for me.
And I am sickened by what was being described on CBC today. What animals! And I'm talking about the chickens.
Poor things.
