No, really. They are the only ones willing to cook the books enough to support NDP conspiracy theory.

NDPers are trying to say that all the staff of BC Hydro's accounting department, plus all of BC Hydro's management and board, plus KPMG, plus all the staff at the BCUC, plus all the staff at the Auditor Generals department - all of those people all conspired to cook the books and not a single "leaker" amongst them because not one single person in that whole chain likes the NDP???
