Did you read the article?

The lines are a critical part of Hydro’s transmission network that supplies power in Richmond, Delta and elsewhere.

Another BC Liberal boondoggle that the NDP have been saddled with. Where will it all end? The BCLP are famous for giving outrageous contracts to their friends long before they have the public's consent to do so. They conveniently forgot who they were accountable to......their employers, the BC taxpayers.
