An editorial in Chinese state-run media in September 2015, according to the Morning Post, charged that Li “has fallen from the moral high ground.” The editorial reminded Li “that his huge wealth as head of the Hutchison Whampoa conglomerate had come from his connections to powerful Chinese officials.”

Meeting notes said that Clark and Wat could be asked: “What would you infer from (Li Ka-shing’s) latest corporate restructure?”

The government’s prepared answer has been completely redacted from documents released to Postmedia

IT's the same issue with lots of people getting jury duty and wanting it to be like watching CSI on TV. It just isn't the case but so many keep wanting these extreme attacks though not even remotely necessary due to personal and often delusional reasons.

It's like if there was a potentially libelous poster spamming a message board with endless lies and potentially lawsuit like claims about someone that involved all sorts of bigotry and hate, you would think someone would put a leash on that type of troll, sadly the real world isn't like that and we need to have thicker skin and move on.

The scandals involving the BC Liberals will continue for years to come now that they are out of power and the truths continue to emerge. Their leadership candidates (save one) have been involved for many, many years in these breeches of ethics and integrity to the disservice of the BC electorate.

BC Hydro, ICBC, Realtors, Developers, money laundering, health firings, Mt Polley, IPPs - the list is very, very long!!!
