According to Crown Counsel Kamloops RCMP Constable Joedy Todd Henderson has been charged with one count of assault causing bodily harm for an incident while on duty Aug 25th. #Kamloops

A "Charge" is not a conviction or an assumption of guilt. The officer is still INNOCENT until he has been proven guilty, "in a court of law".
The "charge" by crown is probably more like a tactic of keeping the appearance of justice after an unsubstantiated accusation by a criminal that is just trying to plea-bargain his way out of a much stiffer sentence.

If he is convicted then good for the system.

If he's found innocent then the system is broken...or so what the forums say often enough.

Lets let the facts come out before jumping to any conclusions
