As far as name calling goes , I have decided to adopt the MO of one of the Prominent anti NDP posters on this forum. If it good for the goose , it should be good for the gander as well.
Actually , honestly did think I was on the bickering thread , my bad.

There are actually two bickering threads on this BC forum (if not more). There's this BC Liberal one and that other BC NDP one. And the bickering will never end, not even after the next election. They're like an all-day sucker, much like that Site C one.

Not suddenly (the word is lose btw) as she was first voted in as Premier in 2011.

So what was she between the time she LOST the election , and the time she slid into Ben Stewart's spot. She was an unelected nobody , then "suddenly" she gets to be premier again. The Liberals should have left her out on the doorstep. If they had , there is a good possibility that they would still be in power. They were going to dump her back in 2013 , but her butt got saved because Dix didn't get his people out to vote. Even I voted Liberal in 2013 , but mostly because of the BCTF , not Dix or Christy.

Okay, then NDP was not elected to be BC's government by the voters of BC. Since they did not win a majority of MLA's in the BC election.

Okay then , Neither was the Liberal Party.

It’s 43-41-3. The B.C. Liberals got the most votes and the most seats. They won

By god , you are right , she stayed on as Premier after losing the election in May until taking Mr. Stewarts riding in July. So , we had a bona fide Unelected Premier. And now , just a few short years later , her supporters think John Horgan (who won in the election) is not a legitimate Premier. Boggles the mind.

I haven't read that - link? Since Clark won in the last election, how is it you perceive Horgan won?
Lieutenant Governor Judith Guichon turned down Clark's request for a snap election, and invited the NDP to form a minority government, subsequently Horgan succeeded Clark as the 36th Premier of British Columbia.
That certainly doesn't sound like an election to me. And this is the election being referred to:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_C ... tion,_2017
He didn't win - he was asked:
NDP Leader John Horgan was summoned to Government House by Lt.-Gov. Judith Guichon and asked by the vice-regal representative to become the province’s 36th premier.

Newflash, Horgan did NOT win the election, and if anything is boggling the mind, it's purely the level of retardation, displayed time and time again, by the ever clueless NDP followers.

You appear to be under some misguided notion that if you say something enough times, and will it to be so, it will actually be true.

Actually Horgan has a Masters in history, and he was at one time the director of corporate affairs for Columbia Power....
However I do agree with you that to ultimately become a great political leader one needs to have many years of real world work experience outside the realm of politics or the civil service.

Horgan worked in private sector for what? 4-6 months? Big whoop! That's not real world experience - he quickly ran back to the twisted halls of NDP poldom.

A Masters in history only proves that he can read - but can he read a balance sheet? Can he provide management leadership? Methinks not. Glen Clark took quite awhile after his messing about with NDP politics to learn about leadership - and one of the things he learned was you check your ideologies at the door. No NDP pol has ever been able to do that.

If you were going to hire for the CEO of a decent company, would pick a guy with education AND experience in science, medicine, and law or a someone with no real world experience and a useless history degree?

I like history, and knowing history can be informative, but it doesn't prepare anyone to be a leader in the real world. History is looking backward, leaders must look forward.

not really. The NDP didn't get elected. They usurped power. Nothing odd about it, other than Dr. Weaver's incredibly stupid decision to align with the pure evil NDP.

All irrelevant as he has surrounded himself with the Quadra Island mafia, some of the dumbest people in Canada.

So that explains why the over-hyped fraudster, that was president before the "orange goof", failed so badly in his 8 years in running the USA. Thanks for that.
