And the current govt. won almost 60% of the vote.
The Liberals were usually in the 40s.
Pls try to say something constructive and leave off the sour grapes attitudes.
Most people are moving on. And the govt. is doing well.
Here I thought you were at least smart enough, to know that polls can be voted in by people of all political stripes. Won't make that mistake again.
Urbane's point that clearly went over your head, is that when people in general are asked how the guy is doing, there are those who though they aren't NDP voters, will have said OK because he decided to let Site C continue.
Asking people how he's doing, and whether or not they'd vote for him, are two entirely different things, though apparently not to you.
Oh and yet again, the current government didn't win ! If you're hell bent on praising them for a win, at the very least, wait until they actually get one! Currently their record sits at 0-5 and many of us are looking forward to 0-6.

That or it was conducted during the annual BCTF meeting.

Silly me, here all this time I thought it was "average Joe", who had to pay for all the public sector payroll, as in the four pencil pushers producing zero, while relying on one productive person out in the private sector.

Of course it matters how people were polled.
Including those who hate Site C .
The pecentages are from the election.
Two different polls...get it?

I'm not sure in what galaxy you were taught that to be the definition of "winning".
"Conspiring" is actually far far more appropriate of a characterization, as to what has happened. The official records still show the NDP win column since 2001 as being 0-5. Now back to your river in Egypt! Thanks for the chuckle though.

Another George NDP lie
The "government" won 40.28% of the votes.
the BCliberals won 40.36% of the votes (note to readers, 40.36% is larger than 40.28%)
The greens won 16.84%.
I would like to point out that the Green party of BC Is NOT included in the government of BC. The Greens and NDP did not for a legal coalition.
So the government won 40.28% of the votes, which was the 2nd highest %. which is not even close to the 60%
Anyone who believes anything George+ writes should give their head a shake. Thankfully i dont think anyone takes him seriously at all.
Good for Mr Horgan for not tanking the ship in his first 8 months, i would imagine its hard to tank the ship when you don't actually do anything.

The greens won 16.84%. In the process claiming the votes of some Liberal supporters simply wishing to send a message. In essence meaning the Liberal 40.36% might well have been higher, though we don't know by how much. What we do know is the NDP numbers would not have been higher, as their diehard supporters refuse to acknowledge any shortcomings, or bother with the sending of messages to show displeasure.
I would like to point out that the Green party of BC Is NOT included in the government of BC. The Greens and NDP did not for a legal coalition. No they just formed a "secretariat" on our dime.
