Only someone with the intelligence of a burned chuck steak would applaud a tax that will ultimately be passed on to the consumer, imho. Then again, I could be wrong.

Only a true communist/NDPer would think that the market isn't driven by the end price. The loss of construction jobs when prices hit the breaking point, when combined with Trudeau's assault on mortgage qualification, is a recipe for disaster, and will keep many families from owning their own home. Horgan, making life less affordable.

Yes, I am very p.o.ed by this new tax. I finally am getting five trees removed (tree hugger/environmentalists have to do that sometimes, but the trees had 14 more years than my former logger dad would have given them). Why? To have an addition built to the back of the house and to have a deck built out front. Up shot? More expensive due to this new tax. Why am I renovating? Because of the stress test. Even up grading to a different house looks impossible if I want keep this one as a rental.

So.

Here I am, facing higher costs for everything which would need delivered.

only a right winger and the policies they have implemented by their votes - would think affordability is the ndp's fault.

Then you obviously agree that the NDP ARE wasting taxpayers dollars

nope i am reinforcing that there is a double standard. if the fantasy is that the liberals didnt waste money during their reign - then there is absolutely no waste in paying teachers in the 90's. because there is no such thing.
that was a nice try though. i was expecting it.

Glad to hear you agree fully that it is as bad for the NDP to do it as it was for the Liberals. Hopefully you don't have a "double standard" and want to let the NDP off. Do you?

good. they have made sure that they have been getting tax breaks for so long that its about time they pay a bit more. where do right wingers think money comes from? icbc and hydro and casinos so they can have tax breaks and EVERYBODY has to pay more for the looting of the crown corp funds?

Do you actually believe it is going to cost those business's a penny more. Who do you think is going to get the end bill with it added into the cost. It certainly isn't the business's. Just another example of the NDP screwing the average person, especially those already hurting.
