or the "we had an rcmp investigation into this situation - that never really existed in the first place" party

i am utterly and totally confident (from the many times that certain posters have bellowed "they keep the liberals to account in each and every case and situation") that these particular egregious stones were turned over and dealt with in the harshest way. in scoldings by email - or perhaps even angry calls to an mla - to feel placated by excuses. and in the end - they felt fully convinced that the ndp was still a terrible party. and that the liberals were still the most virtuous party. because their partisan views condoned each and every one of those actions by their vote. the bed was made....why not sleep in it. and just let sleeping dogs lie?
