Urbane - I knew you'd be on to this before I could post. Yes - one of the stupidest laws in Canada has been struck down, yet 99% of the population probably won't even know or understand it. All the MP's that voted against this bill should be made to publicly state why - as there is absolutely no reason for them to have done that. Good bye Section 13 - and hopefully - good bye corrupt Human Rights Commissions!

How often does it happen that it's a Caucasian complaining about an East Indian or Asian person or business? Does it ever happen? Or are these tribunals just for people to lodge cases against Caucasians?

If a straight White person does file a complaint against a non-White, the case is thrown out post haste!!
