I would imagine it would avoid becoming part of crime statistics even if they were eventually found guilty of this ALLEGED 'contempt" issue. As far as I know, having contempt for parliament not a criminal activity. And if it were, the jails would be full of people who feel just that way these days, particularly against the Liberals LOL.
