Shut down Guzoo Roadside Zoo!
I can't believe this has been happening for years! These animals are in appalling conditions. http://www.facebook.com/?ref=logo#!/gro ... 9518425359 Please share widely. This is happening in Three Hills, Alberta.

20 years of abuse at this facilty. Global Calgary and CTV are working on stories. This should be blowing up tonight. Apparantly police are on scene due to some very upset people at the "zoo" right now.

Although it has taken a long, long time Guzoo has been permanently closed as of June 1, 2011. While the owner of the roadside zoo feels he's been picked on and persecuted by the Alberta government and Facebook users who spearheaded a campaign to have the zoo closed, after viewing many photographs of conditions there one could only weep for the animals who had to live in those deplorable conditions. God bless those creatures large and small who, I pray, will be successfully relocated to a home where conditions will allow them to live long and happy lives.
