Really? Still making predictions? Laffs.... Here's my favourite...

Time has told.. It has told me not to put any value in your predictions or financial savvy.
You have to keep an open mind until it is proven one way or the other. You just can't take the T.V. or internet word on it.

I've never owned a BlackBerry, but I'm tempted to buy this one.

I may be shooting myself in the foot for this, but its all in good fun ( I cant wait for the ridicule). I bought BB at $9.52 today and am looking for a 5% profit in the next two months.

I may be joining you soon Static,
I like BB as a brand, along with their phones, hate their competitors phones that I have tried, and believe in helping out Canadians in need.
Besides even if the stocks tank I wouldn't lose much.

First post you've made in a long time about buying BB that actually makes sense. Hope you bought lots to average down your 18 buck book.

In other words, you could have done just as well by picking some random stock since the TSX is up 5% in the past month?

Add that to your 20% loss, and you're almost even! [icon_lol2.gif]

Did you sell today?

I'm up 15% on my AGNC Investment Corp stock in the past year and 8% in the past month.

Ya, I sold today. I'll wait for another pull back. I'll check out AGNC.

9.52 purchase price + 5% = 9.996

Today's high is 9.69, currently 9.49. Did you buy shares or options? Trying to figure out the 5%.

Don't forget to factor in two of your $12 trading fees.

Sorry Sloot, my bad. I have an order to sell at 10. And, no I do not use options. They are a waste of money. Buy and hold and collect those growing dividends.

No worries Static! I was just nervous my ticker wasn't giving accurate numbers. Or hoping...depending on the stock :130:
