He is still a shareholder. That was the funds be was going to use to take over the company. He is no longer trying to do so. Go to canadianinsider.ca and see what type of insider buying there is. Lazardis selling is not a big deal.

He wasn't going to take it over with that $26m proceeds .....he was making a point.....therein lies the big deal.

Blackberry made CNN's top 10 tech failures of 2013. The article claims they now have only 1% hand held market share.

LANDM, Yes u r correct. Anything under 5% and u do not have to report to the SEC. That has been his normal threshold. He is funding research with his money now.

Go look at sales numbers.........others don't agree when making their purchase choice..........also, when did being a possibly superior product have a direct correlation to success in the market?
Beta vs VHS, Blu ray vs whatever-the-other-was, the list goes on and on.
