The police and prosecution will have anything worthwhile that can be proven in court to specifically relate to this death and dismemberment and the identities of anyone involved. What circulates on the internet other than that is irrelevant, and far from being trustworthy in any event. Most of it is simply garbage.

I agree completly however this case is quite different since the offender(we won`t call him the accused) decided to make a snuff video of the entire event. This pretty much removes any and ALL speculation and irrelivant chatter that cirulates on the internet (EG:magnotta dated holmoka ..garbage..) related to this offense if you had access to the video.
The facts surrounding the death and dismemberment and sado rape behaviour are CRYSTAL clear. They were VIDEOTAPED start to finish period, there is no disputing this action nor the actions contained in the video.
As many say a picture is worth a thousand words and in this case they are worth a thousand years.

My idea of life in prison is depending on how long before the prisoner dies while behind bars, that number could be + or - 25 years.
