Baby falls two storey high

In Ville de Saguenay, QC, an 18 months baby felt two storey high right on the concrete sidewalk... and had only scratches. WOw. Shaking news but glad to see the baby is ok.

Police have put no charge against the parents, since they claim it was only an accident.
