IMO if he dont care then so beit. Maybe he doesnt care what happens in the end, this could speed many cases right up

In the UAE, even when I was there 7 years ago, women had to remove the face coverings to get their driver's license photo taken. It was a female photographer but male police officers could demand the lady's license and look at it to see if the woman matched her photo.

Even back then, bank managers complained to the government that the veil did not allow them to identify women they were ACTUALLY dealing with and wanted the law changed so that women would need to remove the veil to correctly identify themselves.

That is kinda funny, could you imagine a Police Line up with all suspects wearing a Niqab.
