QUEBEC: Judge gets awarded for paying cie under the table!!!

Astonishing!!! A freaking Quebec judge, Ellen Paré, which can be seen here,
hired a contractor to renovate her kitchen, but she paid the contractor with no receipt and no tax, how would we call that, under the table?
The work was butchered, so she sued the contractor for $7,000 in small claims court to get refunded $5,000 + $1,500 in dommage & intérêts
Both the judge and the contractor are no shame claiming they fraudulently declared no work & no taxes & no receipt.
A first ruling in September awarded the judge with $5,000 refund + $500 in interests, but a 2nd judgment only gave her $1,500 refund for the butchered work.
Which means it's okay, if you're a judge, to hire someone under the table. It's ok, because it's freakin corrupted Quebec*. I'm totally *bleep* too, because up to even recently, Quebec was paying MILLIONS of dollars $$$$ in tv commercials telling us, normal and at the bottom of the social scale way overtaxed citizens so them ministers can sheit in gold toilet bowl*, while people on welfare can ship their kids in a 7$/day day care*, that paying under the table is ILLEGAL, and have the province lose BILLIONS in unpaid taxes.

*in reference to "la commission charbonneau", which opened the window on the construction scandal, & politics, and which led Montreal's & Laval mayors to take off.
*in reference to Pauline Marois Prime Minister spending $400,000 on silent toilet bowl
*in reference to the news article saying, it's allowed, welfare people need a brake too. And 7$/day daycare in quebec is subsidized by equalizations payment we, BC tax payers, pay.
