I wonder how hard it is to shoot your pistol while boarding down the slope at 50km/hr.

Not hard to shoot but really difficult to hit what your aiming at! :127:

About the same as travelling 70 km down a gravel road...I would imagine. Never skied down hill.. :dyinglaughing:

These cops are out for a free day on the slopes...period.

I hope the tree wells take care of 'em.

Soon...people will sport slingshots and paintball guns...hit 'em in the back of the head as they veer right...then you go left.

:dyinglaughing:

Wishing harm on another human being is disgusting.

I am THANKFUL for more presence to keep all safe on the slopes. I don't appreciate riding up a lift behind someone who's blazing. Neither do my children.

Boo hoo... SOME people can have a beer and then ski? Cry me a river.... drinking a beer is legal, smoking drugs is not.

I know exactly what you're saying. I tried marijuana once (didn't inhale) - it made me want to rape and kill :136:

So just taking someone out on their snowboard (while under the influence of pot or anything else) is ok... you need to rape and kill someone before things are not good?

Gotcha... thanks for the info. PS - if you ski or board (which I doubt) please stay away from Apex. Thanks.

I just LOVE people who defend illegal activity. Just love it.

Simple solution... wire cutters.

If caught by staff on the hill smokin dope, cut their pass, photograph and escort them to the parking lot.

Good-Day, and don't come back!!

If you inhale apparently you'll want to pillage the Lays potato chip factory!

I think you both missed the point that these members are VOLUNTEERING their time to do this. I'm not sure what resources you think this is wasting. Are they supposed to be sharing uniforms so now someone else can't work because the uniform isn't available? Since they're VOLUNTEERING their time, if they weren't doing this they wouldn't be downtown working anyway.

Some people are just so anti-cop it's impossible to take them seriously.

It seems obvious to most that there is an ulterior motive to there volunteering on a ski hill ,perhaps free skiing perhaps P.R.photo ops.If the the latter its a fail.I don't think skiing yuppies smoking pot has been a huge social problem.
I think what people are saying is that we would be a lot more impressed if they were down town volunteering in plain clothes trying to get into the heads and help the crack and meth heads on our downtown streets instead of shredding the gnar.
