It is in incredibly poor taste to be putting this video out. Let the man die in peace and cut his family a break. There are no positives to releasing this now.

Then don't watch it.
It's released, as it should be, and it then becomes a choice to watch it or not. Isn't complicated, and it's far more dangerous to start limiting what can and can not be reported because you don't want to see it.
