She is pleasant and speaks well. As to being "perfect" well that is all in the eyes of the beholder one would suppose.
She was 39 and said the oldest? So is this a Canada's perfect woman over 30 and under 40?
I know some spectacular 60+ ladies that the word perfect would honour their diligence throughout their years to be spectacular at that age!

I don't believe there is such an animal in existence.
I got Married because I was sick and tired of finishing my own sentences.
That's worked out great for me!

Agnetha was 32 years old in 1982 and she looked perfect to me.

What's inside a person is more beautiful than what's on the outside. Looks ain't everything. I think Dolly Parton is very beautiful - inside and out.
