^You are the one who asked... dealer's choice. Still does not alter my opinion that Harper's word is the Minister's command.

And that includes ANY minister under Harper!

What a misleading headline. I thought it would be about the destruction of the Liberal party. Well we can always hope.

that part was later corrected. It was just a copy of that which was destroyed. The original version remains in an archive in the UK

and yet today two brain-washed idiots in Vancouver ran on stage with stupid man-made climate change myth promoting signs and stood right beside Harper, and then were released a few minutes later, per the CBC. What a joke.

^Naw, probably staged so Harper could use his 'funny line':

“It wouldn’t be B.C. without it.”

as they were escorted out.

It wasn't staged unless suddenly Bridget Depape has been through a severe deprogramming since she did her idiotic "Stop Harper" sign thing a few years ago (in which even Jack Layton criticized her), and is now secretly working as a counter-agent against the horrific nonsensical enviro-nut movement. So in other words - no it wasn't staged.

Other than Boing Boing, Occupy, climateadaptation and the Tyee, I am not seeing anything about this burning and decimating these libraries. Nothing at all from any other news source. One would think the CBC and other MSM would have picked it up. Even the big universities aren't saying anything that I can see.

Ugh, don't get me started on what 'he' has done to the CBC. Besides, what would these organizations stand to lose if they were to go against the leader of this government?

Irreplaceable science research may be lost when Department of Fisheries and Oceans libraries across the country are closed down, researchers fear.

Fisheries and Oceans Canada hopes to close seven of its 11 libraries by 2015. Already, stories have emerged about books and reports thrown into dumpsters and the general public being allowed to rummage through bookshelves.
