I bet Harper wishes this happen to him lol

Post by maryjane48 »

Philippe Couillard and his Liberal entourage got a shock on Friday when two topless protesters ambushed a Montreal campaign stop.

Quebec Votes 2014
The pair of protesters rushed the afternoon news conference to protest Bill 78 — passed by the former Liberal government during the 2012 student protests to restrict demonstrations on or near university grounds.

As Couillard walked toward a crowd of supporters waving, two women ran towards him yelling, "Abus du PLQ!"

One of Couillard's aides, who had been walking beside the Liberal leader, quickly jumped in between the women and Couillard, pushing him out of the way.

I don't like your headline - it's just plain juvenile. Harper has no part in this story.

I comprehended just fine. When the heading says one thing, one expects the story to be about that - not something else entirely. Harper is not mentioned in the story at all, so the headline should not mention him, either. IMO, of course. Good sensationalizing, though. You should be a reporter. :D

Well my reading comprehension helped me to notice that, aside from the completely irrelevant reference to an unrelated individual, you neglected to apply the appropriate tense to your statement. Do you bet he wishes it happened to him? Or that he wishes it would happen to him? Past tense? Or future tense?

And I won't even get started on the juvenile "lol" at the end.

I'm with you Gramma. I doubt this thread will see a page 2.

Well, she did start another thread titled "Bet oil companies don't like this hahaha", I bet it offers some adult-like level-headed conversation.

And I hope it does make page two......with posters letting this poster know that her agenda without intelligent comment is so very transparent that it is beyond stupid. Got a problem with a Harper policy...bring it on. Cpl of boobs show up at a Quebec liberal leaders campaign and tie it to Harper.....Oxford definition of pathetic
