This comes up every half year or so. Personally, I'm all for it ... IIRC, our they're health system is already being run by us and their Police force is run by the RCMP so lets get on it :)

The only downside to it is that while its an affordable place to vacation now, that'll change big time if it becomes part of us LOL!
