I was under the impression that Tim Horton's was some how affiliated with Wendy's, there are a lot of them sharing buildings.

^^^Wendy's bought Tim Hortons in 1995 and sold it in 2006. New locations (and some old ones) combined both firms under one roof so it's probably better from a business standpoint to keep it that way. Who knows for how long though with this new merger.
