So, don’t celebrate them losing their jobs. Don’t be indifferent to the effect it will have on our democracy. Because if you do, you’re just being an *bleep*.

I bet they are changing their views on employment insurance now, lol.
Nothing on the Internet is so serious it can't be laughed at, and nothing is as laughable as people who think otherwise.

It's no wonder. Their station is located in the stratosphere (channel 177) compared to the other Canadian news channels.

Haha! as if that has anything to do with things. The channel number no more dictates viewership than your phone number dictates how often your phone rings.

Super Channels, a premium channel in the 160's gets far more views than SunTV. I watch Space channel on 271. Heck, TSN are 181-185. You think those channels get poor views because they're "in the stratosphere" My cable has channels all the way into the 500's. 177 is hardly "the stratosphere"

The fact is, the free market spoke, and said No to what Sun TV had to offer.

A right wing editorial channel that was so sour that CBC got tax dollars ended up begging the CRTC for mandatory coverage for their channel (socialist commie subsidies).

They didn't get their tax dollars so they went out of business. Ha.

That's the equivalent of Sun asking David Suzuki for a massive cash injection to keep the station afloat.

school and think about whatever it was they were
thinking about before somebody came along and told
them they had to earn a living.

They could try to ask him, but if he reacted like every other time Sun TV tried to talk to him it would be impossible to even get the question out as he would be sprinting away yelling "I'm not talking to you" like the true coward Suzuki is.

I watch Fox news and when I watched Sun for a short period of time it was so over the top I watched it mostly for entertainment value like Glen Beck etc., they all mostly sounded like fat kids who dropped their ice cream.
