The 2 for 1 issue has nothing to do with this topic whatsoever. How does that get introduced into this discussion anyway? The media reports on the SCOC decision and their rationale for that decision. Most Canadians would disagree with the SCOC, but that makes no difference to them. The thinking of the

so lets be clear, no minimum for gun crimes but there is for growing pot?
