The jury is still out. Part of that is that it is still too early to properly judge the effectiveness of policy changes.

Hopefully though, JT can avoid the trap of constantly seeking approval. What it does show, so far, is that he is a pretty decent salesman.

In the end, a lot of folks will judge a government by "am I better off than I was 4 years ago".
