He didn't have to mention them. Everyone knows that Sask is better off, no matter what the economy, without the horrible NDP being in power. They can't manage money to save their lives. *removed*

And the Saskatchewan people knew this hence the past election results in Sask.
To imply Alberta PM and Sask PM are the same is like saying rotting ground beef is the same as filet mignon because they are both meats.

saying alberta is hamburger but liking saskachewan because you think they are tartare and your kind of fancy is silly. they are both ground up meat. you just pay too much for one of them in a fancy french restaurant. and no....you dont pay too much for hamburger. its the fancy french stuff.

That's the sound coming from conservatives and right-leaning media pundits after global credit agency Standard & Poors downgraded Saskatchewan's credit rating from triple-A to double-A plus on Monday.
So, even the simpletons at 'Press Progress' have noticed the dearth of commentary from Canada's "right-leaning media pundits."
Where's their journalistic professionalism? With a couple of quick phone calls, the (nameless?) author of the story should have been able to confirm that they were both too busy to comment.

because asking a third party to prove a claim (instead of the claimant) falls under the "burden of proof" fallacy
When two parties are in a discussion and one asserts a claim that the other disputes, the one who asserts has a burden of proof to justify or substantiate that claim
